Shipping and delivery

If you place your order before 3 PM, we aim to ship it the same day. Orders received after 3 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Deliveries typically take between 3 and 5 business days, but occasionally, due to events beyond our control, they may take a little longer.

Some larger orders may require a signature upon delivery, so in those cases, we will call before shipping to ensure they are available. We truly strive to empower customers by providing quality products at an excellent price/quality ratio, which is why we are proud to also offer FREE DELIVERY on deliveries within mainland Portugal; no hidden fees with MonsterShop. For orders outside mainland Portugal, we try to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum, and these are added to orders at checkout. For shipments to the islands, there will be an extra cost that will appear in your cart.
